A Night Full of Wonderful Dancing

I had so much fun last night at the "Send-Off"
dance performance at ODC in San Francisco.
"Send-Off" because the dance company
leaves next week for a month long tour in Asia!
So Exciting...
This is Annie who is a friend of mine.
She is one of the beautiful dancers at ODC.
Click here if you want to read/learn more about ODC.
Annie is so lovely and sweet and graceful and muscular.

During the Holiday Season, they do a fabulous
dance production of The Velveteen Rabbit.

Annie.

The dancers movements are so expressive.

This dancers name if Cory.
He is like something out-of-this world!!!

More of The Velveteen Rabbit.

Lovely ladies.

Annie~isn't she incedible.

How do they do it? Really!
I was on the edge of my chair all evening.
The dancers are all so nice.
At the reception after the
performance, they came out
and chatted with us from the audience.
I was so excited to see them up close!
I was a little tongue-tied but made
my way through gushing over them without
embarrassing anyone.
"Break a leg."
"The show must go on."

I am always in awe of dancers! I've worked with many of them and my mouth just drops open when I watch them. Such coordination, strength and beauty!

The performance sounds wonderful. I would love to see Velveteen Rabbit. Annie is beautiful and those pictures are just amazing. I'm in awe of dancers-- their strength and coordination, not to mention the beauty they express in the movement of their bodies.

Sounds like a wonderful evening. I always wanted to be a dancer, but never gave myself that dream - I now prefer to write the music they can dance to!
