- When I am in San Francisco, I am a city lady. When I am in Grass Valley, I am a country kid. I like museums, reading, pilates, crafting, hiking, charity work and my retirement. Favorites~Jane Eyre, Out of Africa, NCIS, bird sounds and the sound of the tuba. Hero~Mother Teresa. My blog will have "a litte of this and a little of that." I love my cat ROCKY.

Gorgeous. I especially love the first and second ones. I want to take a class in applique. I'm not very good at it yet. Do you ever come down to Santa Clara to PIQF in September or October? (Pacific International Quilt Festival I think).
