My Very First Post On My Blog

My first post on my blog. Oh dear, what should I write? I guess I will just start writing and rambling. You may be curious about the name of my blog. The truth be told...the reason it has taken me so long to start my blog is that I could not decide on the name. I will not bore you with all the ideas I was "tossing around" but just focus on Pink Dogwood Blossom. In the end, the decision was easy. I LOVE dogwood trees and bushes that grow in Grass Valley. And, I LOVE the soft pink color of the blossoms. So, for now that is it for my first post. I wish you all a lovely and happy pink day.

Wow, your header looks wonderful! You will have to tell me how you did that. Your blog looks great and I like your first post and "about me" info. Good job :0)

(Oh and I made it home safe and sound-- only got a teeny bit lost in the beginning and almost went to Truckee.)

Welcome new blogger friend! Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving your sweet comment. The cottage behind my pool has several names, the pool house, the little house and the guest house. I built it as a pool house last year and enjoyed decorating it so much. I love blogging and oh the great friends you meet along the way! Have a blessed day and I look forward to seeing you again:)

Welcome to the blogosphere! I am glad you enjoyed my blog. I will see if I can dig up some dogwood images from my old computer for you. I, personally, prefer the white ones, b/c they grow native along the woodlines around here next to the redbuds each Spring.

Where in the REAL world are you located (generally State)

Hey Dogwood, I've been wondering when you would be able to stop resisting the temptation and join the blog world! :-) I've been watching out for your blog, since goldenbird sent me one of your lovely cards in a swap parcel. Lovely blog. I loved reading all about you and your mini profile. So interesting and lots of similarities. Cheerio, Woollywotnots
