Nevada Museum of Art ~ Date with My Guy

My Guy and I had really fun day of snow, art
and dinner with my daughter and her husband. We saw a great exhibit of Rembrandt's incredible etching
at the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno.
To learn more about the museum click here.
That is me taking the picture of the
name of the museum on the front glass door.
If the Rembrandt Etching exhibit comes to your area,
I suggest going. It was excellent!

Wonderful rock and wire sculpture in front of the museum.

Another view of the incredible sculpture

This wire sculpture is of a dog with small
lamps mounted inside.
The artist of the sculpture says,
"his dog is the light of his life" thus the lite lamps.

Beautiful drive between Truckee, CA and Reno, NV.

California Sierras Mountains.

Nevada desert area.
Before returning to Grass Valley, My Guy and I
stopped by my daughter's pottery studio.
Fun and amazing.
Then, out for Japanese dinner.
Enjoy you day.

Wow, I love sculptures and the rock man is great. It reminds me of the work by Anthony Gormley.
