Praying Mantis

Can you find the Praying Mantis?
It really does blend in with the green leaves. So amazing!

The Praying Mantis eats other insects.

Maybe it should be called the Preying Mantis.

They are close relatives to the termite.

The are often confused with the Katydid and Grasshoppers.

Hope you enjoyed this little science lesson!

ENJOY...

I've never heard of the katydid! Such a sweet name for something that, well, only a mother could love. Thanks for the nature lesson! x
